These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Backrun’s services. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Backrun provides automation, SaaS deployment, managed IT and support, web solutions, B2B lead generation, and related services.

2. Fees & Payment

• Fees are specified in your invoice or agreement.
• Payment is due per the invoice terms.
• Late payments may lead to suspension of services.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, access to required systems, and timely cooperation.

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your data and content.
• Backrun retains ownership of its tools, templates, and technology.

5. Liability

Services are provided “as is.” Backrun is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees remain payable up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes will be handled in Albuquerque, NM courts.
